Refunds and Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your product from us then we are here to help.



We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be returned with all components and accessories in the original packaging. 

Please note that as Custom-Shop pedals are bespoke, these pedals cannot be returned for a full refund unless they are faulty. If the pedal is not faulty a maximum refund of 50% is issuable do to cover the cost of materials and labour. If you need to report a fault please provide evidence of it and declare it within our normal time frame for returns (7 days). Faults do not include accidental damage or cosmetic issues, and only concern the functionality, mechanically and electronically, of the item.


Once we have received your item we will let you know we have received the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a partial refund will be issued.

If the return is approved we will initiate a refund through your original payment method. The time taken for the refund to take effect can vary substantially between payment methods. 


Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any goods until it has arrived at our premises, therefore, we recommend sending the return tracked and insured.
